Email and SMTP setup

User: open Form properties → Email notifications, enable it and enter the recipient. Admin: add the email provider key and sender address to runtime settings, then send a test. Hosted edge environments use an HTTPS email provider; for raw SMTP, use a secure SMTP-to-API gateway and never expose credentials to users.

User: enable SMS notifications in form properties and enter the international recipient number. Admin: add the provider API URL, key and sender ID to runtime settings, then run a test. Secrets remain server-side only.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account before starting?

No. Build first; sign-up is only required when you save or publish.

What happens if I change the form URL?

The old link and printed QR stop working. Redirects and custom domains will be a future paid feature.

Which files are allowed?

JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, Word, Excel and CSV, up to 5MB per file.

Are Arabic and RTL supported?

Yes. Interface, form, placeholders and field direction follow the URL language.
